Utility bills may be paid using cash, check, money order, automatic bank draft or by online payment. The City accepts credit and debit cards for payment.
Bills may either be mailed using the return envelope included with the statement, paid at the customer service window inside City Hall, or at the drive through window (located on the East side of City Hall, 1505 Precinct Line Road). The Utility Billing offices are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. For your convenience a drop box is located next to the drive through window for after hours payments.
NOTICE: If your service is subject to be disconnected or has been disconnected, DO NOT PAY ONLINE. You must come in or call the Utility Billing Office to make payment. Call 817.788.7040 during business hours.

Automatic Bank Draft
To pay your utility bill by automatic bank draft, your account must not have a prior balance and you must have registered for this service. To register for automatic bank draft please fill out and sign the Authorization Agreement for Direct Debits form then mail your completed form along with a voided check to : City of Hurst Utility Billing, 1505 Precinct Line Road, Hurst, Texas 76054.
After registering for automatic bank draft, your payment will be automatically transferred from your banking account every month on the day your bill is due. You will still receive a utility bill each month, which shows the date and amount your banking account will be drafted . Once your utility account has been set up on automatic bank draft your bills will state "Do not pay. Your account will be drafted." Late Payment Information
Utility bills are due two weeks after issuance. Payments made after this deadline are assessed a 10% late fee that will be added to the next month's billing statement.
Fidelity Express & XPress Pay
XPress Pay will allow those without access to a computer or checking account to pay their water bills at local grocery stores, convenience stores and gas stations by cash, check or money order. Six convenient retailers located throughout the city will offer this service for a small transaction fee. The stores will not have access to your information, so be sure to bring your water bill stub when paying. If your water is scheduled to be turned off or is already off, it is your responsibility to contact the City of Hurst with a valid proof of payment number for reconnection after making a full payment.
