At the end of the day, code compliance is all about keeping our city clean and safe while preserving property values. Our “good neighbor” approach to code enforcement, helps make us proud of the city that we call home. The Code Compliance Division is responsible for maintaining the health, safety and welfare of the City of Hurst, by enforcing ordinances relating to nuisances, zoning, and other topics.
