Park Pavilion Rental
Make your next gathering unforgettable by reserving one of our park pavilions! Perfect for everything from family reunions to company picnics, our pavilions provide a great space to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the outdoors. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to secure your spot early.
Park Pavilions may be reserved in person at the Hurst Recreation Center (Monday-Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.), over the phone at 817-788-7325, or online by clicking the button at the top of this page.
NOTICE: Effective Summer 2026, Aquatics Pavilions can only be reserved online by clicking on the button above. For questions, please call 817-788-7333.
Online Registration Instructions
- To create a household online, click the button at the top of this page. Please note, you will be redirected to an outside website.
- Click "Sign In/Register" at the very top of the page. This feature will allow you to either create a new account, or sign in to an existing account.
- Once logged in, select the "Park Pavilion Rental" box. You can search pavilion availability by date or park. If the time block is available, it will display in blue.
- Follow the remaining steps to complete the reservation. The receipt is emailed to the email address on the account. This is your proof of reservation. We recommend taking it with you to the rental.
