In addition to reference services or helping you pick out that next book or movie based on what you know or like, library staff at the Information Desk is available to provide guidance, suggest sources, provide instruction in the use of library materials and services, even walk you through the process of downloading eBooks or eAudiobooks to your mobile device.

Notary Services Update As we transition into our busy summer season, we are adjusting some of our specialized offerings. Please note that notary public services will be unavailable beginning June 1, 2026. When will services return? We anticipate offering notary services, by appointment only, starting in the fall. Need a document notarized in the meantime? If you need a notary before June 1st, you may register for an appointment at hursttx.gov/hplsignup. After June 1 we recommend checking with your bank or the FedEx or UPS Stores. You can make appointments online for notary services at FedEx or UPS. |
