Executive Boardroom

Accommodating up to 18 people, this executive boardroom is located on the Mezzanine level and worlds away from events happening elsewhere in the Conference Center. Equipped with a 60” monitor and blackout curtains, your clients can stay focused on business. Two individual work stations are located just outside, so busy executives can handle business without disturbing their colleagues.

 Lumiere Ballroom

The most advanced, state-of-the-art facility in the metroplex, the Lumiere Ballroom boasts nearly 14,000 square feet of pillar-free space perfect for any meeting, conference or corporate event. Groups as small as 40 or as large as 1,200 can be easily accommodated in this customizable event space.

The Lumiere Ballroom is fully outfitted with the latest technology for your event. Regardless of your event’s technical demands, our full-service staff will set you up with everything from lighting and sound, to full-scale event production and advanced communication services.
