Parking Regulations
The center provides parking at no charge. Parking spaces are just steps from a facility entrance.
- Vehicles presenting “Accessible or Handicap” passes or license plates may park at no charge.
- Overnight parking on Hurst Conference Center property is prohibited.
- The HCC reserves the right to tow, at owner’s expense, any vehicle blocking identified Fire Lanes, loading docks, non-designated areas (i.e. parking aisles), and other areas designated for special use.
- We request you respect our neighboring businesses and refrain from parking in their dedicated lots. Please note that all surrounding properties/businesses reserve the right to tow vehicles at owner’s expense.
- Parallel parking is available on Thousand Oaks and Campus Drive. Overflow parking is at Tarrant County College NE Campus on their West lot.
Exhibitor Load In
Exhibitor load in/out is accessed via the Loading Dock, located on the west side of the conference center. Please follow directions provided above to the Parking Deck – Ground Level.
- This is an active loading dock for the facility, so exhibitors must be aware of forklift activity at all times.
- Parking is limited to 30 minutes.
- The HCC reserves the right to require a dock marshal, at client expense, for event load in/out.
- The HCC reserves the right to tow any vehicle exceeding time/space limits.
- The loading dock does not furnish a ramp.
- Small carts and dollies shall enter the facility via the Verandah doors located on the south side of the venue.
