Community Services

The Community Services Department is committed to improving the quality of life for all citizens through the development, implementation, and maintenance of all City parks, recreation, aquatics, senior services, library programs, and municipal facilities.

Community Services is primarily responsible for managing, planning, and supporting the activities of the six Divisions. The Department also administers the Park Donation Fund, the Half-Cent Sales Tax Fund, responds to citizen concerns, and manages City-wide construction projects.
