The Community Services Department is committed to improving the quality of life for all citizens through the development, implementation and maintenance of all City parks, recreation, aquatics, senior services, library programs, municipal facilities and information technology. 

Community Services Administration is the administrative arm of the Parks, Recreation, Aquatics, Library, Facilities Services, Senior Services Divisions, and Information Technology. Community Services is primarily responsible for managing, planning, coordinating, and directing the activities of the seven Divisions.
