Planning and Zoning
All plat, site plan and zoning applications need to be applied for online through our EnerGov Citizen Self-Service Portal, CSS. The online permitting portal streamlines planning & building permitting processes through digital plan review, online payments and online inspection requests and results. Paper form applications are not accepted. Payments can be made through the portal.
