Starting July 23, 2025, crews will begin essential upgrades to improve the sustainability and reliability of our water system in two areas along Precinct Line Road:
At Precinct Line & Harwood Road: Crews will replace a water pipe along the south side of the intersection.
At Precinct Line & Cannon Drive: Crews will repair an existing underground leak beneath Precinct Line Road.
Work within the roadway pavement will only occur at the Cannon Drive intersection and will be limited to the right northbound lane on Precinct Line Road at the approach to Cannon and the right eastbound lane at the departure to Cannon Drive.
All work will follow TxDOT and state traffic safety guidelines.
No traffic detours are expected, but please use caution and follow posted signage while driving through the area. Construction is expected to continue through
