Survey for Hwy 10/Hurst Boulevard Corridor Redevelopment Study

Post Date:05/28/2025 10:19 a.m.

The City of Hurst, in collaboration with North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), is conducting a study for the State Highway 10/Hurst Boulevard Corridor. This study aims to shape the future development of the roadway and surrounding land uses. The study area is bounded by IH-820 to the west and Bell Flight Boulevard to the east. To ensure the plan aligns with the community's needs, it is crucial for residents and local stakeholders to share their feedback and vision for the corridor. An in-person meeting was held on May 12, 2025 where the public was invited to attend and discuss the study with representatives from NCTCOG, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), and the City of Hurst. We appreciate those who attended this meeting and provided valuable input on land use and transportation of this corridor. The next step of the study is to gather additional input from stakeholders through an online survey. For more information and project updates, visit publicinput.com/hurstboulevard.

It’s important to note that once a vision is established, partners from all sectors must work together for plans to move forward and the vision to be brought to fruition. There are many factors that could impact the execution of the plan, but we are focused on doing what we can to stimulate redevelopment in this area based on the community’s needs and priorities.

We invite you to take a moment to complete the survey below. The survey will remain open through June 30, 2025. All answers will remain anonymous.
