Computer Basics: How do I Google?

Need to improve your computer skills?  Hurst Public Library can help!  Attend one of our upcoming computer basics sessions to help develop your skills! 

11/14 7:00 pm - Creating a Digital Recipe Box- Get ready for the big dinner by learning how find recipes online, store them digitally, and digitize old recipes. 

11/19 3:00 pm - Online Safety Basics- Ready to dive in online, but concerned about your privacy and the risk of being scammed?  Come to this session on basic online safety! 

11/20 2:00 pm โ€“ Navigating Healthcare.gov- Need to get insurance through the healthcare marketplace or get insurance for the first time?  Hurst Public Library staff can help you learn more about using the website to sign up.  ***Note:  Instructors are not insurance or medical professionals and will be unable to help you select an insurance plan.  

12/12 7:00 pm โ€“ Making Holiday Cards with Publisher- Looking for the perfect card to send out this holiday season?  Why not create a custom one!  Library instructors will show you Publisher to make cards, that people will love.  

12/17 3:00 pm โ€“ How do I Google? Are you struggling with finding what you need online?  This class will teach you a bit more about searching the web and identifying good websites, and ruling out bad ones.
